Order processing
We prepare orders after payment confirmation. Processing and dispatch depend on stock availability and order volume. If a significant delay affects your order, we'll contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
PAXI collection, where offered
If a PAXI collection option is available and selected for your order, collection takes place at the nominated participating pickup point. Follow the tracking and collection instructions sent for your parcel. Do not visit the pickup point until you receive a collection-ready notification.

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after dispatch. Please check your contact details carefully when placing your order.
